Who we are

Letting Line, 202 Hendon Way, Hendon, London NW4 3NE ("we", "us"). We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website, in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry or viewing request, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and the message you send us. We do not require you to create an account to browse listings or contact us.

We also automatically log a partially-masked IP address and browser information with each enquiry, purely to help us detect spam and abuse of the contact form. We don't use this to track or identify you individually.

How we use it

We use enquiry data solely to respond to your question, arrange viewings, and (where relevant) progress a tenancy or landlord instruction. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

This site does not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies, and does not track you across other websites. See our Cookies page for details.

How we protect it

This site is served entirely over encrypted HTTPS. Access to enquiry data is limited to Letting Line staff, who sign in with a password and, where enabled, a second authentication step. Every change made to your data by our staff is logged for accountability.

How long we keep data

Enquiry records are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to handle your request and any resulting tenancy, and are then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time by emailing info@lettingline.com. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you believe we have mishandled your data.
